Homescapes’ Process
Richard Meyerdirk, Homescapes’ owner operator conducts an incredibly thorough, detailed inspection of your property.
1. Research
Richard Meyerdirk, Homescapes’ owner and operator does a significant amount of research. Prior to arriving on location he learns everything possible about the property, its location and its construction. All of this so he is better prepared to look for any possible issues that might come up.
2. Inspect
Once on site, Richard will conduct a thorough investigation of the property, the condition of the home’s heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement and structural components.
3. Analysis
After leaving the property Richard compiles an in-depth report that reflects all of his findings. This report is emailed to you within 12-18 hours. Richard believes home inspections shouldn’t just be thorough, they should be expedient, allowing you to make a decision in a timely manner.
4. Report
After you have had time to review the report, Richard is available with suggestions and recommendations as to how to proceed.
